¿Qué causa este problema?

There are two reasons:
1) As a customer, you have specified a client as your customizing
client that cannot be used as a customizing client.
The following clients are not allowed: client 000, and the client
specified in the standard_client constant in include RPDMND00 (default
value 000).
2) You have not set the customizing client parameter.

1) Check that you have specified the correct customizing client.
2) Specify your customizing client.
