You have entered an employee as absent through the infotype Personnel
Actions. In spite of this employee being absent in the system, the
Integrated Pension and Retirement System (SIJP) cannot report this
absence since the system cannot establish correspondence between the
leaving reason for personnel action in the infotype Personnel Action
and the leaving code provided by the Integrated Retirement and Pension
System (SIJP).

The Integrated Retirement and Pension System (SIJP) does not report the
activity code completely, leaving the first digit as a space.
