This situation can only occur due to a data inconsistency before the
start of the conversion program.

Check the entries in table T74HT for correctness. If you cannot
definitively confirm the correctness of the entries, delete all data in
client &V1& from the T74HT and T74HS tables and restart the conversion
report.
