You are attempting to create or edit an Infotype 0021 record for the
child of a domestic partner. During the entire validity period of this
record, a valid record for a domestic partner must exist in the system.
However, this is not the case.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Review the records for the corresponding domestic partner.
If no domestic partner record exists at all, you must first create one
before you can create or change the record(s) for a domestic partner's
child(ren).
If a domestic partner record exists, check the validity period of this
record and extend it, if necessary.
