You tried to process an inbound retirement IDoc that contains one or
more E1BENRET8 (<ZK>Insured person - Service</>) segments for plan &V1&
. However, the scope of TPA service for this plan is set to <ZK>Partial
TPA service</> and therefore does not include service calculation.

The system ignores these segments during IDoc processing.
