¿Qué causa este problema?

The system tried to determine the birth date of the employee for the
evaluation of plan criteria (for example, in order to sort the employee
into an age group or check that the employee does not exceed an age
limit). However, either no <ZK>Personal Data</> (infotype 0002) record
was found, or a record was found but the birth date is not filled on
this record.
