¿Qué causa este problema?

The employee or a COBRA beneficiary is not eligible for a benefit plan
since his/her ZIP code is not within the set of values or value ranges
that permit eligibility according to the plan policy.

Respuesta del sistema

The plan is automatically removed from the offer or appears as
non-eligible in the participation monitor.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check that the ZIP code of the employee in the <ZK>Addresses</>
infotype (0006) or the ZIP code of the COBRA beneficiary in the <ZK>
Family/Related Person</> infotype (0021) is correct. If this is the
case, the person is not eligible. Cancel enrollment in this plan or
delimit participation.
