¿Qué causa este problema?

The stock purchase plan &V1& uses a fixed period as a reference period
on which contributions are based. The validity period of a stock
purchase plan with a fixed period must not begin before the start date
of the fixed period, since contributions are not defined for the time
between the start of participation and the start of the fixed
period. However, the plan &V1& has a fixed period and a selected start
date that lies before the fixed period start date.
