The adjustment permissions of the plan &V1& are inconsistent. This
error occurs if more than one of the indicator fields <ZK>CHG_BPLAN</>,
<ZK>ADD_BPLAN</>, and <ZK>DEL_BPLAN</> have the value <LB>TRUE</> for
the plan in the offer.
