¿Qué causa este problema?

You tried to enroll in the plan &V2&. This plan is subject to the
combined coverage limit &V1&, which applies to the total amount of
insurance coverage for certain plans. However, the total coverage
amount for plan &V2& togther with other selected plans is above the
combined limit.

plans.
