exited the Concurrent Employment Benefits Workbench - for example, to
perform Enrollment - then returned to this application.

Because the system could not lock person ID number &V1& again, it
cannot process this person in the Concurrent Employment Benefits
Workbench until you take steps to re-lock this person's ID.

To resolve the error, you must take steps to re-lock the affected
person ID. Once you have resolved this error, the system will permit
you to process this person in the Concurrent Employment Benefits
Workbench again.
