this person can be processed.

In order to enable benefits processing for this person, you must ensure
that you have selected <ZH>all</> of the corresponding personnel
assignments. Once all personnel assignments for this person are
selected, you may proceed with benefits processing in the Concurrent
Employment Benefits Workbench.
