¿Qué causa este problema?

You have attempted to delete the data record with key &V1&. However,
the time constraint for the infotype of this record is set up in such
a way that this record cannot be deleted. This is the case for
infotype 1000, for example, if no preceding record exists for the
record to be deleted. Infotypes with time constraint 0 can never be
deleted directly. Such data records can only be deleted together with
the object or using special delete reports.
