The form scenario &V1& (version &V2&) is linked with the ISR scenario
&V3&. However, the ISR scenario &V3& is not based on the application
'H'.

The ISR scenario &V3& cannot be linked with a form scenario. Only ISR
scenarios that are based on application 'H' can be linked.

Check whether the application was incorrectly entered in the IMG
activity <DS:SIMG.HRAS_QISRSCENARIO>Create ISR Scenario</> for the ISR
scenario &V3&.
Check the link between the form scenario and the ISR scenario in the IMG
activity <DS:SIMG.HRAS_5ASRFSCNISRLINK>Link ISR Scenario with Form
Scenario</>.
