The help type '2' that is assigned to the fields means that the values
for the help are got from the backend. However, the sequential number of
the backend service that is used to provide the values for the help
(Field - SeqNo.F4) is not assigned to the field.

<ZK>Value Help</> in the <ZK>Form Scenarios</> dialog structure.
Check the settings.
