This could cause problems during a restore ('onarchive')
(Informix bug).
To change 'LOGFILES' to its 'real' value, edit file
'$INFORMIXDIR/etc/$ONCONFIG'
as user 'informix'.
CAUTION: The change will only become active when the database is
started up.
