atypically. This parameter should actually be set to the
specified recommended value. The SAP profile parameters
'rsdb/...blocking_factor' affect the behavior of the SAP
database interface ('prepare', ...).
In particular, the performance of the statement 'select for all
entries' depends on the correct setting of this parameter.
