You wanted to update the overall budget.
Part of the current budget structure and some of its budget structure
elements were generated from the application component <ZH>Funds
Management</>.
However, these budget structure elements have not yet been transferred
to <ZH>HR Funds and Position Management</> for the following fiscal
year.

the following fiscal year, and then, in <ZH>HR Funds and Position
Management</>, start the update again.
