entered.
Totals records can only be archived if the corresponding actual and
plan line items are no longer in the system.

The archiving run with processing controls: <ZH>
<ZK>Archive</></> or <ZH><ZK>Archive and delete</></> is not executed.
With the technical control <ZH><ZK>Test run</></>, this message is only
a warning.
