If you are actually working on the variable yourself in a different
window, exit this processing first and repeat the activity that led to
this error message.
If you are not blocking the variable yourself, wait until the variable
has been released by the other user, and then repeat the activity that
led to this error message.
If the variable remains blocked for a long time or if variable usage is
blocked by another user, inform your system administrator, giving the
name of the user who is blocking the variable and the name of the
blocked variable.
