¿Qué causa este problema?

You are processing set &V1&. This set is used as an additional set in a
key figure. Since key figures may not contain, not even indirectly, any
key figures, you cannot enter a key figure in this set.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Instead of entering the key figure &V2&, enter the name of a single set
or a basic set.
Using the menu options "Environment -> Set usage", you can display in
which key figures the set &V1& is used.
