The desktop component "Report Writer: MS Excel Link" could not be
installed. The return code (rc) is &V1&.
Meaning of return codes:

rc = 1: The front end is not WIN32 system (Windows 95 or
Windows NT). The system type is &V2&.
rc = 2: The windows directory could not be found.
