The standard layout 'SAP' is delivered with the Report Writer. It
cannot therefore be deleted and must always exist. However, the system
could not find it. It is possible that the definition has been
destroyed.

Try to restore the standard layout. If possible, copy an existing
standard layout. If you cannot do so, inform your system administrator.
