¿Qué causa este problema?
If the 'Fix' indicator is flagged for a set, the system generates
reports for this set only. If you set the 'Hierarchy' indicator, the
system generates reports for the set you have entered, as well as for
all the sets at lower levels in the hierarchy. You cannot therefore
