The standard layout is blocked because it is already being processed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check whether it is you yourself or another user who is processing the
standard layout. The system can only perform the function you selected
when this processing is finished.
You can use the transaction <DS:TRAN.SM12>Edit Lock Entry</> to display
and edit lock entries. However, you should only delete lock entries
once you are sure that this will not lead to simultaneous access to the
object.
