You have entered a total value together with the distribution key 4 or
5.
However, these distribution keys are only effective with period values,
so that your entry for the total value is not taken into account if you
ignore the warning message.

If you ignore the warning, the distribution key 4 or 5 is used for the
existing period values, and the total value is ignored.
