CAUSE&
During transport, the deletion of a set has not been successful. You
are not authorized to delete the set.
SYSTEM_RESPONSE&
The set is not deleted, but transport itself continues.
WHAT_TO_DO&
Check and correct the authorizations.
Check whether the transport can be restarted and repeat it if possible.
Alternatively, transport the set deletion at a later date.
