The number range specified in the grant type for external numbering
must be marked external .

The grant cannot be created. Control is returned to the selection
screen.

Check the <DS:TRAN.SNUM>number range</> to see if it is external. Check
<DS:TRAN.SNUM>grant type</> to make sure that the external number range
is in the external number range field.
