¿Qué causa este problema?

You are saving a grant without grant validity dates. These dates are
used to calculate budget validity periods and validate all other time
dependent master data in the grant.

If the grant is a draft, a warning is issued. Otherwise, an error is
issued.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Enter the start and end dates of the grant in the general data section
of the grant master.
