¿Qué causa este problema?

When the system deletes ECS items, it sets their status to <ZK>Deleted
</>. However, the ECS items are not deleted from the database. The
status is changed only for ECS items that have the status <ZK>Initial</>
and <ZK>In Process</>.
You tried to delete ECS items that have the status <ZK>Completed</>,
<ZK>Deleted</>, or <ZK>Reversed</>.

Error Correction and Suspense Accounting changed only those entries that
had the status <ZK>Initial</> or <ZK>In Process</>.
