You want to select CO documents using the cost element. Please note
that the cost element within a CO document can change regardless of the
document lines. For example, if you select cost element 400000, you
would transfer all CO documents to FI-SL in which the cost element
4000000 was contained in any document line, not only the lines which
actually contain cost element 400000. (A document must always be
transferred completely.)
If you really want to transfer only lines that contain the selected
cost element, you have to install an additional ledger selection.
