At update, the system established that a local ledger is to be updated
for a global activity. However, this ledger may only be assigned to a
local activity.

Check tables T886C and T882C, where the ledger/activity or global
company assignment is made. If the specified table is intended for
local ledgers, check the entry in T800A, where the table type is
defined.
