An user with the appropriate permissions can also:
Change/Deactivate the Validation in
<DS:SIMG.PSM_FM_EBR_ACTVAL>Activate Validation</>
Change/Delete the rule by running transaction BRF+ and selecting the
Sending Rules Catalog
