A logical pathname was assigned to the logical filename. However, the
logical pathname has not yet been assigned to a physical file path for
the operating system of the application or presentation server.
In the Implementation Guide, chapter 'Platform-independent filename
assignment', step 'Define physical path', check the path definition for
the operating system of the application and presentation server.
