The system could not locate any cycles with the defaulted or
user-defined selection criteria.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Either there are not yet any cycles in the application from which you
entered the cycle overview, or you entered selection criteria which do
not have any cycles.
Create cycles for the corresponding application and organization unit,
or check the selection criteria entered, making changes if necessary.
