If this involves a delta version, it could be the reference version
which is locked, depending on the transaction involved.

The system terminates cycle processing.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the version lock in Customizing.
If you want to cancel a cycle in which you changed the version, the
system also checks the version in which the cycle has already been
posted.
