¿Qué causa este problema?

The fiscal year you entered does not meet the requirements for
archiving totals records for version &v4&.
Significant for archiving totals records is the month and the year of
the last, contiguously closed period (currently the year &v2& and
period &v3&). Contiguous means that all periods prior to the specified
period are also closed.
Two years are subtracted from the year. Thus, the earliest year for
which you can archive totals records is &V1&.

Respuesta del sistema

An archiving session with option <ZH>Archive</> or <ZH>Archive and
Delete</> can not be carried out. When the option <ZH>Test session</> is
selected, this message is only a warning.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Close the above mentioned periods, or
Archive the data for fiscal year &v1& or a previous year.
