In Global Settings, you have specified fiscal year &V2& as the effective
from fiscal year for the use of consolidation line items in SAP S/4HANA.
In effective from fiscal year &V2& or in a later fiscal year, the
characteristic value of the view is fixed: You can only work in view Y1.
