is no master record with the value &V2&. Therefore, &V2& is not a valid
hierarchy leaf.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check if the value &V2& indeed is to be used as a leaf, and not a node,
in the hierarchy.
If &V2& is to be used as a leaf, make sure that a corresponding master
record exists for characteristic &V1&, for example, by uploading this
value as a master record.
If &V2& is to be used as a (non-postable) node, make sure that the file
contains information for the lower-level values. Otherwise, the program
interprets the value as a leaf.
