¿Qué causa este problema?

One or more of the withholding tax codes that you use for classic
withholding tax is reflected in the following combination for country
&V3&: Withholding tax type &V3&/withholding tax code &V4&. There are no
formulas for calculating withholding tax for this combination, even
though formulas are used for the calculation for the corresponding
withholding tax codes in classic withholding tax.

changeover.
