The following options are available:
Select a different correspondence activity.
Check the Customizing settings to see
whether all the documents have been assigned to correspondence
activities, and
whether the roles for the partner in the loan match the roles defined in
Customizing, in the IMG activity: <LS>Assign Documents to Correspondence
Activities and Roles</>.
