Making changes to the global settings after raw exposures have been
released can lead to inconsistent data because exposure position flows
are created on the basis of the global settings. If this setting is
modified after exposure positions have been created, the creation of a
future position may create inconsistencies in the position value,
especially with respect to <ZK>forecasted </>and <ZK>firm commitment
</>raw exposure positions.
