category to the product type, transaction type, and activity category.

Call one of the following Customizing activities based on a product
group:
Treasury and Risk Management->Transaction Manager->General
Settings->Correspondence->Alert

Assign the relevant alert category for each product type, transaction
type, and activity category.
You can define alert categories for Treasury and Risk Management in
Customizing by choosing
Treasury and Risk Management->Transaction Manager->General
Settings->Correspondence->Alert
