You have set the <ZK>Pure Delta InfoSource </>indicator for the
InfoSource 0CFM_DELTA_POSITIONS in Customizing for <ZK>Treasury und Risk
Management </>by choosing <ZK>Transaction Manager -> General Settings ->
Business Information Warehouse -> Define InfoSources for Delta Position.

The system therefore does not select any data when initializing the
position with extractor 0CFM_INIT_POSITIONS.
