The problem is caused by one of the following reasons:
You entered a value in the <LS>Statement Date</> input field and also
selected the checkbox <LS>Use current date as statement date</>.
You did not enter a value in the <LS>Statement Date</> input field and
also did not select the checkbox <LS>Use current date as statement date
</>.
These entries are not appropriate and therefore not permitted.
