Changing or deleting a VAS item is not permitted.
Assigning VAS data to a generic article or non-requirement relevant
structured article is not permitted.
Cannot delete or update as the corresponding entry does not exist.
Cannot modify determined VAS data. You can only change manual entries.
Charge code entered does not exist.
