status of total commitment</>.
If the grouping status of total commitment is <LS>Inactive</>, the
system terminates processing. You cannot create any new
<DS:DE.BP_TC_DTE_GROUP_KEY> total commitment groupings</>,
<DS:DE.BP_TC_DTE_CAT_KEY> product categories</>, or
<DS:DE.BP_TC_DTE_TYPE_KEY> product types</>.

If you want to create new total commitment groupings, set the grouping
status of total commitment to <LS>Active </>in the IMG activity <LS>Make
Settings for Total Commitment </>in the step <LS>Make Settings for TC
Grouping Status</>.
