The last stage formula is the initial formula from which the formula
explosion starts. The system determines the last stage formula based on
the substance and material flow within the recipe. In this recipe,
however, substance and material flow produce different formulas as the
last stage formula.

As the initial formula is not clear, the system cannot perform the
formula explosion.

Check the formulas in the recipe. Start with the first stage formula and
make sure that the substance and material flows are identical for each
subsequent stage.
