¿Qué causa este problema?

In formula explosion, the explosion scope that was chosen determines
how and whether the primary and secondary outputs are taken into
account. No output has been marked as a primary output in the formula
specified, therefore the system uses an output chosen at random as the
primary output. This may lead to undesirable results, if the formula
contains several outputs.
