You have tried to delete formula item &V1&. This formula item is still
being used in operations or actions and therefore cannot be deleted.

You can find out which recipes or stages the formula belonging to it is
being used in by means of the where-used list or the recipe info
system. The <LS>Formula</> tab page shows you which formula items are
assigned to which operations and actions.
